1. How does a Preorder Sale work?
Items you purchase through a preorder sale means you are purchasing the item(s) in advance so there is a wait time associated with it. In exchange for the wait, you get the item at a heavily discounted price.
2. So how long is the wait?
Well, this depends on which item you are purchasing.
Here is the breakdown:
Clothing (pettiskirts, pettirompers, lace leggings, etc): usually a 2 -3 weeks ship time (after sale ends)
Party Supplies: 2-3 weeks ship time
Hair Accessories: usually 1-2 weeks ship time
Craft Items: 1-2 weeks ship time
Jewelry: 1-2 weeks ship time
Clothing Accessories: 1-2 weeks ship time
3. Are all items in your store a preorder item?
Actually no. Although we discounted everything in the store, some items we have decided to limit to the qty in stock (so you're not ordering in advance). These include the craft items & jewelry...as well as 1 hair accessory (feather headband). If you are unable to purchase the item, it means it has sold out.
4. How can I tell which are the preorder items?
All clothing (pettiskirts, pettirompers, & lace leggings are) as well as most hair accessories (other than the feather headband). Also, party supplies (vintage paper straws & party treat cups) & Bow ties are also preorder items. Usually you will see "Back Order" on the product's page.
5. How much is shipping?
$6.95 for us here in the US
$8.95 for our Canadian friends

6. Can we return or exchange items?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for any of our PRESALE events. We hope you understand.
We passed on steep discounts to our customers & have a large amount of orders to process so we hope to keep transactions simple that way.
